No surprises: USB Megastore branded USB pen drives are covered by a 1-year warranty. Our branded power banks are covered by a 6-month warranty.

All our USB pen drives and power banks are carefully checked during every step of our production process and again before we ship them to you. Our controlled manufacturing process allows us to ensure the quality of our electronic products.

Quality comes first

The flash memory is the component that makes all the difference for any USB pen drive. We at USB Megastore only work with renowned flash memory manufacturers, so you can be sure to have a high-quality pen drive.

As for power banks, it’s the battery that makes the difference. We only use batteries of major brands (Samsung, LG, etc.) or top-quality generic batteries duly tested before installation.

All our branded pen drives and power banks comply with the applicable European directives and the RoHS directive (absence of hazardous chemicals).

We test all our USB pen drives and power banks based on internationally-recognised testing procedures (AQL, ISO2859).

The Platinum warranty

1-year coverage for your USB Megastore pen drives: The USB Megastore Platinum warranty covers repairs and replacements if you can’t access the memory.

6-month coverage for your USB Megastore power banks: The USB Megastore Platinum warranty covers repairs and replacements in the event of battery failures.

The principle:
This warranty is included in your purchase free of charge.
During the warranty period, should you not be able to access the memory, we will repair defective USB drives or replace them with products that are at least equivalent in performance.

General terms and conditions of the Platinum warranty:
The Platinum warranty applies – with the exceptions listed below – to all USB pen drives and power banks we sell to customers residing in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

The warranty covers only faults related to flash memory malfunctions in pen drives or a defective assembly in the event of power banks. It does not cover damage due to misuse or any use other than the intended one. You can read more about the Platinum warranty in the general terms and conditions of sale of our branded pen drives.


How to benefit from the Platinum warranty

If you detect a defective pen drive or power bank, contact the USB Megastore customer service:

  • by phone, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (except for holidays)
    • by email at, or
    • by post at USB Megastore SAS, Service Client – 37 rue Coquillere, 75001 Paris, France.

Our customer service will process your request and give you a “return number” and the address to which you can send your defective products. The faulty products covered by our warranty must be returned in one package in their original packaging (or an equivalent one) with all the related documents, drivers, cables, software, etc.

Once we receive your package and verify the defect, we’ll let you know when you can expect to receive your repaired or replaced USB drives or power banks.

The Platinum warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • The request concerns a batch that is less than 5% of the delivered USB drives or power banks (Article 7 of the general terms and conditions of sale)
  • The request concerns a product other than a USB pen drive or a power bank
  • The defect can be attributed to an external cause, such as:

- Misuse, failure to follow the manufacturer’s use instructions, incorrect use, physical damage (e.g. corrosion, overvoltage, impacts, falls, breakage, deep scratches, liquid spillage, abnormal oxidation, burns, lightning)
- Use of components or accessories not recommended by the manufacturer (e.g. incompatible component or software)
- Unauthorised modifications (e.g. removal of recovery partitions and installation of a different OS),
- Defective accessories (e.g. cables, drivers, software)
